As we know that acne forms when bacteria is clogged in the skin due to hormonal imbalance. the hot cloth technique helps open up these pores and then you can wash it of or wipe it out. here is how this technique goes:

Coconut oil has shown its effectiveness when it comes to treating various skin disorders. same goes when it comes to treating acne. it has shown that coconut oil can be used in a variety of different ways and still protect acne. following are some of the ways it can be used.

Coconut Oil as moisturizer:
Coconut oil has shown to be a good moisturizer, not only does it keep the skin moisturized it also acts as a natural protector against acne.

Coconut Oil as sunscreen:
Coconut Oil can also be used as an effective sun screen. Sun exposure is said to be a cause of acne and protecting the skin by using coconut oil as screen prevents acne.

Coconut Oil paste:

What is Blackhead?
     
 

Blackhead is a type of pimple or open comedone that is filled with pus (a mixture of white blood cells, bacteria and dead skin cells). Most people are confused with blackhead and whitehead. If the sebum pops out the bump, it is called blackhead and if the sebum still stays inside the bump, it is called whitehead. There are various causes of blackheads, but the foremost cause is the over production of sebum that clogs hair follicles.
