Home Remedies For Acne - Are They Effective?
     
 

Acne is a skin disorder ensuing from the act of hormones on the skins sebaceous glands which guides to plugged pores. They may arise on the face, neck, chest, back, shoulders and even the upper arms. It is the very common and persistent skin disease. The acne distress most of the teenagers.

However, the disease is not constrained to any age group; adults in their 20s - even into their 40s - can get acne.  Being not a life intimidating health condition, acne is still hurtful and blemishing as sometimes it leads to lasting and serious marks.

There are few home remedies for acne:

One amongst the most valuable home remedies for acne is to apply a pack made by boiling 50 grams of raspberry, strawberry or blackberry leaves with 1.5 litres of water for about 3 minutes, it will give itching free and gentle skin. Aloe Vera is also a latest method nowadays used for the cure of acne skin. Now there are soaps and gels made from Aloe Vera that helps in healing the acne damaged skin. It is also good natural remedy to apply a paste of honey and cinnamon powder at the time of sleeping and wash it next morning. It has also a good impact on skin if a little wet paste of 2 tablespoon the sugar and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar rub on the face. For blackheads, pimples and cracked skin it is recommended to apply fresh lime juice and rose water along with ½ glass of boiled milk. It is also very useful if there is a mixture of lime juice and rose water in equal quantity and applies it daily after washing face thoroughly at night. It is also recommended to apply fresh mint juice daily at night for acne cure. If we add turmeric powder in this mint juice and leave it on skin for about 30 minutes then wash it with lukewarm water, it is very effective remedy for acne skin. Applying ripe tomatoes paste on pimples and keeping it for an hour help in preventing the skin.
