Hello Guys! One of my friends who is 18 year old with severe acne breakouts and lots of scars on his cheeks and chin has been using various cosmetic products for several years. He is very concerned about ugly look of his face and can not attend university lectures as his friends always tend to ask the cause of so worst acne breakouts and look at him strangely.

During several years of Internet research, reading reviews and articles on Internet, I conclude that behind so severe breakouts, harsh cosmetic is the only culprit that hurts his skin. Before using or purchasing any cosmetic product, pay special attentional to:

• If your skin is oily or dry

• Are you allergic to any of the ingredients of the product you are buying or using, read the label of the product carefully

• If you are uncertain about what cause allergic reaction, ask your health care professional

• If you notice cosmetic irritates your skin, avoid its use immediately

• Use gentle soaps preferably baby soaps as they do not contain harsh detergents
