I was going through an article in a health magazine and came across this information that I want to share with you. Caffeine intake can worsen or cause acne to breakout, caffeine throws off hormones in women specially. Apart from caffeine other things that can play a part in your are breakouts are: Processed sugar and milk fat.

The best way to tackle your acne is the best way to live actually going on an organic diet. You will start to feel the impact immediately as your body organs would start to perform better.
