A study that I was going through recently and found interesting shows that acne and stress are related to each other. You might not find this news new but the actual findings are that acne can cause stress and vise versa. This is because of the simple fact that an acne filled skin can cause a person to be subconscious and hence the self pity factor creeps in which leads to stress.
While on the other hand stress can cause the body to react differently and thus can be the reason behind acne outbreaks. So I think yoga and other stress relieving exercise can not only prevent acne but can help in healing them as well.
