3 Simple Methods of Treating Chest Acne

Chest acne is treated in a different way than acne on the face. This is because the pores on the body are different than the pores on the face so regular face medication and cleansers will not give satisfying positive results. Chest acne is also sometimes more painful and embarrassing than acne on the face especially in summers. Following are 3 simple methods, which you can also adopt to clean acne on your chest:

  • Wear loose fitting clothes so that they may not rub against your body causing skin irritation and more acne.
  • Use antibacterial soap so that it kills the bacteria on your chest but do not scrub it hard on your body.
  • Do wash your hands after touching any food item or your hair because the oil and grease in food and hair can further worsen the condition of acne

Like all other forms of acne you have to be very careful while using scrubs and other prescription medication for treating chest acne. Most of the scrubs don’t work and prescription medicines give rise to severe side effects.
