Drinking water helps

Our body is made up of about 70% water, which is essential for carrying waste material out of the body. It also acts as an important contributor to healing and preventing acne flare-ups. Skin specialist suggest about 8 to 10 glasses of water a day if you want your kidney to work properly and prevent toxins in the body from forming which in case of deficiency of water give rise to acne breakouts.

Lack of water put pressure on the skin cells causing the pores of the skin to become blocked. These pores carry bacteria which when mixed with skin oil, dead skin cells, and toxins give rise to acne. In order to control the deficiency of water in your body follow these 3 simple techniques:

1. Drink a lot of water.
2. Exercising for at least 30 minutes each day.
3. Avoid food items that contain excessive sugar and salt.
