Besides the fact the using a clean towel is always better, people suffering from acne should always take the extra to use cleaner ones. These days you can also get extra clean medicated towels. I have no direct experience to share how these medicated towels work, but I can safely tell you that using a towel which is not clean or used by other people, has some relation with acne. Obviously I don’t have any scientific studies to support this but using a cleaner towel will never hurt you so you can take that extra precaution.
