Stress is one of the main factors that contribute towards Acne. I remember I used to develop severe acne during my exam days. It was all due to tension, work pressure and sleep disorders. Besides these feelings of fear, low self-esteem and anxiety also contributes towards acne. Stress is responsible for clogging of pores and developing blemishes and inflammation. Following are some useful tips that might help you in overcoming your feelings of stress:

1. Exercise regularly as this keeps you fit and stimulates blood circulation.
2. Sleep as much as possible. Min 8hours is ideal for a healthy skin.
3. Avoid food and drinks that have a lot of heat content such as coffee
4. Take at least one multivitamin capsule a day
5. Enjoy life and interact with your friends and family.
6. Avoid heavy amount of Sunshine
7. Avoid Loneliness.
8. Take help from meditation or yoga class.
9. Try overcoming your depression by ignoring thoughts of fear, tension and anxiety.
10. Maintain a balanced diet
11. Keep yourself busy in extra curricular activities like reading, listening music and walking.
